Maid Service
- One Cleaning a month
- One Deep Cleaning per year – deep cleaning consists of cleaning cupboards inside and out, walls, light fixtures, fans, baseboards
Supplies we can provide for the Guest at additional cost
Garbage bags, Dishwasher Soap, Light bulbs, Paper towel, Toilet Paper, Bath Soaps, Kleenex and Laundry soap where there are laundry facilities
Supplies the owner will have to have
Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Dishes, Utensils, ice cube trays, wine opener/bottle opener, TV, DVD player, 2 sets of Bedding for each bed, 4 sets of towels for each bathroom, 6 Pool Towels, Mattress pads, Blankets, Comforter/Bedspreads for each bed
Maintenance Services
- 1 Monthly Inspection
- By-yearly maintenance checks
- Maintaining Keys
- Supervise and hire Contractors for general maintenance, renovations and emergencies $20 per hour
- Manage expenditures and incoming funds
- Utilities Payments ( electric, cable, phone, water, association dues, property tax) of course the services payments are your costs
Expense Reporting
- A detailed Statement for each Owner with
- List of each Renter
- Amount Collected per Rental
- Payment of Rental Income, less expenses and management fees
Monthly Fee Structure for the Basic Services (all prices are in USD)
Condominiums
- One & Two Bedrooms $120.00
- Three Bedrooms $150.00
- Four Bedrooms/ multi-level $200.00
Homes
- Up to Three Bedrooms $200.00
- Four Bedrooms/Multi levels $250.00
Broker Direct would also request a $500.00 working balance at the beginning to off set any previous debts or charges. The working balance will be held in Trust and is to be maintained monthly (by way of revenue or Owner payments). This will cover the costs of all services
